new mossberg....

anyone see the new mossberg shotgun with the collapsable stock?? its just like an M4 carbine stock...push button and it collapses.....and has a side saddle...and a pistol grip....i seen it in this months outdoorlife.....needless to say....I WANT IT....but on my 870 express mag turkey gun....mossberg had a great idea...but the writers are right.....the mossberg saftey isnt real user friendly on pistol grips....does remington sell a pistolgrip to fit my gun?? id love the collapsable side saddle one like mossbergs...but even a camoed pistol grip would make me happy..i think that would make a NICE turkey gun.....how do you guys like your pistol grips that have them?? id like one by next spring...id really like remington to make one like the mossberg one!

currently they dont make any in camo but if u do go to cabelas web site and go under tactical military inhancements you can get a full butt stock with pistol grip or the collapsible stock for around 60 dollars either way, there very efective and look really cool. and there made by advanced technology. let us no what you decide.

thats it exzactly....mossberg probably gets them from that company.....it doesnt say to SPECIFY mossberg remington or winchester....if just says it FITS them......im going to dig into this......i could possibly by a camoed one from mossberg if it is indeed the same one...or get it dipped to be camoed.....or paint it myself(though my forarm nows already got a camo from remington......we will see.....im going to look around and think about it....price aint bad.....just gota think of the best logical way to do it when i do it......that would make a BAD@$$ turkey gun IMHO......just because to many times i know IF i GOT a shot it would been awkward becuase of angles ect....as well as goofy positions my body would been in.....a shorter or longer stock would be nice.......and they just look pretty mean.....and on my remington with a 21inch barrel......HA collapse the stock and put er in my pocket! lol anyone finds anything let me know.....thats definently what i want

after looking at Advanced Technologies website i seen they have a full sized pistol grip stock that is camoed.....i emailed them just now asking if there was any way i could get a collapsable stock and shell holder for my 870 that was camoed....i think that would make a slick turkey gun......i liked the pistol grip turkey guns since they came out recently...but the collapsable design would be really nice! ill see what they have to say...that would be awesome if they could do it for me....and the prices arent bad....if all else fails i could probably have it dipped....(as you can tell im kinda stuck on this! lol)

I just bought a new Mossberg myself ,if yourMossberg which ever model you bought,is half as good as my new 935 Autoloader ,I'll garauntee your going to love it .

sorry nubo.....i was just refering to the Tactical Turkey gun mossberg just released...it was JUST in this months outdoorlife magazine......i was just refering to it becuase it has the stock i WANT for my 870 remington......

good news....the people at advanced technology are already ahead of me.....emailed me back and said indeed..mossberg uses them stocks on their new guns and camows the whole gun to match.....but told me keep an eye on their website becuase they ARE making a camoed collapsabl stock because they liked the idea......cant wait....ill be the first in line!!!! hope its out by next spring....by fall would be ideal....

ya...i already have a mossberg 500..good reliable weapon for sure....ive hunted that gun HARD and it always functioned fine....numerous rounds of skeet and clay shooting enough to fire up the barrel...goose hunting in the mroning...then going dove hunting in the afternoon shooting 100s of rounds.....always worked...dang good guns......i think their new Tactical turkey would be an AWESOME gun...id buy one but using the mossberg saftey would be hard with a pistol grip.....thats why i think itll be better on my 870 with the 21 inch barrel....thatll make one MEAN little turkey thumper
