Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default 4 things wrong and 1 thing right

Things that went wrong-

1. Left my striker for my triple glass back at the car only had a push button call.

2. Rain pouring down-- my Dad decided to go to work rather than call for me.

3. Set up my decoys and realized I couldnt see them.

4. A gun shot ringed through the area just as I saw the birds- Tom hung up @ about 50 steps.

The thing that went right.

1. A long shot connected on a sopping wet goobler.

21 lbs
26 mm spur (only one)
9 1/2 inch beard

Thats when the best things happen when you are least prepared. Never carry a knife that way you will be sure to need one. Great bird also.
