I was so close to putten that big tom on his butt. I was clucken and doin some soft yelps when he jus fired back at me w/ a gobble. Then he shut up for about 5 mins and then poped up at about 40yds rite in front of me. I couldnt get a shot because im shooten a 20ga and cuz of the real dense cover. He was about 20lbs and had close to a 10in beard. He also had a real bad limp. Jus thought u mite wanna hear about a close call with a big bird ill be back after him nxt wekenad.
