A ques for Canadian turkey hunters

I've seen a few articles here & there about turkey hunting in Canada. With all the great big game, waterfowl and fishing you folks have up there,how is spring turkey hunting looked at? Amused interest, disdained? I was just wondering.

Withthe work the NWTF has done in both Canada& with Mexico, I'd like to see a few more articleson those places where turkeys & turkey hunting havebeen expanded into. I'm not trying to upset anyone, but rather havebroader knowledge of newer people & places brought into the "addiction"

Turkey hunting in Canada is turned into a very large sport. It has taken over all the other game animals as for the hunter population.

The reason that you don't read a lot about it is that most US bases media other then the NWTF won't put the time into it because of intrest levels. Maybe if there was interest from Americian readers that wouldwrite into these type of Mag's then consideration would take place. I have talked with T&T hunting Editors a number of times and can't seem to gain any intrest from them...BT
