Default question about posted land

well here is the story i live on a farmers land my 3rd year turkey hunting it's all posted i have permission to hunt on the land becasuse my dad works for the owner. But theres a feild right next to this land and the farmer rents it. can he post it or does the guy that actualy owns the land have to post it because i got a fealing someones going to try to hunt this feild because theres turkeys there every day.

How about a period in that sentence. Also spell check is good thing. You may want to start concentrating more on school and less on hunting for now.

lol i know, it just that i was in a hurry and my typing is not the best. If i slow down and actualy try it comes out correct.

Ask the owner and the farmer for permission. Worse that can happen is they say no.

The farmer that is renting the land can only post it with the permission of the land owner, and the farmer that is renting the land doesn't have the power to grant permission to hunt the land, unless he has been granted that power through a verbal agreement or in a written agreement with the land owner . In other words, it is up to the land owner weather or not he wants his land posted!

alright thank you guys i would ask the land owner but he is very old and sick so i think ill just leave him alone and just be the first one there opening morning
