Default RE: strut zones?

Strut zones are fields, logging roads etc... Scout for turkey tracks and watch the leaves and ground looking for marks made by a tom dragging his feathers.

Yea, you find it lots of times where turkeys have been rollin in the dust.
They will be like a small spot where there is some disturb dry dust.
You also find wing feathers and droppings...
But the biggest tale-tail sign is wing marks in the dirt where he has dragged his wings when he was struttin.
They will look like someone took two or three sticks side by sideand drew in the dirt....

Look also in small fields where u think the birds could tuck away without being seen. Also remeber the sun makes a difference they like it and they will soak it up when in there strut zones.
