Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Killed two Kentucky mountain longbeards!

Today was quite an adventure. A real close friend of mine wanted me to go with him to his hometown in Kentucky (Warfield) to help call up some mountain turkeys. Well, I've hunted rolling hills gobblers, but not drop off cliff mountains. The mountains were huge and needless to say I'm slap plum wore out! We were successful today. We got on a bird first thing this morning and then after climbing this huge cliff we got on top of this huge level ridge and called up another nice gobbler. Next week the youth season opens up in Ohio, so I'm going to be a busy bee. I'll be calling for NWTF in wellston, ohio with the youth hunt they do every year. Last year was a total success. Hopefully this year will be the same. Well, hope everyone had a safe and blessed weekend. GOD BLESS!

David Ellis

Deeg

Were your legs burning boy? LOL. I've done a little mountin hunting in East Tennessee and know exactly how you feel. It'll bust your lungs climing those "hills".

Congratulations on a great day.

How big were those mountain birds?
