Strange Turkey Peacock Question

Was driving around some hunting ground of mine and noticed a group of Turkeys in a field. I got out my binocs to take a look and crazy as ever, a male peacock is one of the turkeys in the field. I got out of my truck to get a better look and they took off into the timber, the peacock followed along. Anyone else ever see or hear of this?Is it possible for a turkey and a peacock to cross breed?

I'm pretty sure they cannot breed. And remember two peacocks cannot breed either.

Yes in my hunt area as well. If the turkeys are not responding try calling to the peacock. It might just bring in the turkeys as well.
