Default setup q's

ok guys im new to turkey hunting... i'm gonna need to learn a lot... i've only got a month till the season starts...i'm gonna try taking one with a bow... what methods should i use to get the gobbler in and the whole setup....

well i'll have to say i've killed my share of turkeys, but never killed one with my bow,can't give much advice, but i'll tell ya, your after a smart one,espically with a bow. i'd say the odds where against you from the start, but not impossible. probably need to have a blind set up, with some decoys out, possibly around the edge of a field, and remember one thing, movement is the key, good luck, hunt smart,and let us know how thing go

You definately are going to need a blind. It's not impossible to take one with a bow without one. Butthe odds are way too much in the turkey's favor
