Default Gobblin in KY!!!
Went scouting this morning. Heard 3 gobbers. Once by an ambulance siren and the other by my owl call. They flew down at about 6 o'clock and went in full strut. Only 20 more days to go. Dont think I can wait that long.

yeah I will be hunting in kentucky this year, I just cannot wait the one extra week to hunt in Indiana, I have to get it out of my system

Youth season April 1st and 2nd Regular Season starts April 15th through May 5th.

Most of the time between 9 and 10 am they start going to nest.

Hens bein layin that first egg by mid-April, depends from year to year it seems. Poults have shown up b4 the season has ended , tho most are mid-late May hatching!

That is good to hear. I plan on hunting in Kentucky on the last week
of the season. This will be my 3rd season to hunt there and have had
bagged 3 gobblers the first 2 seasons.
