Purchasing a Hoyt Trykon XL tommorrow and already purchased my new ABC broadheads. The only thing I need for the Spring 2006 gobbler season is a new boonie hat, preferably a 3D type with mossy oak leaf pattern. Everything else, I have from all the other season of gobbler getting.

I've already added a Treetop Turkey Get Real CD, a Bud and Betty slate, some new Hooks mouth calls, a wingbone, a tube call and a Palmer Hoot tube in the off season.
I can't think of much else I may need.
I think my list for the BassPro trip next month is down to trying some Win. XR loads or Hevi 13 and maybe a gobbler call.
I'll get a few calls I don't need and may get some kinda of real lite-weight vest. I'm going to go lighter this yr. Just ordered a barrel to start on new flintlock..so will be broke for a while getting parts for it. However..I just thawed out my mouth calls today..gave them all a run to see how they faired over theoff seasonand for me that's pretty much the offical beginning of things I will need before the season.
