Reloading Turkey Shell 3" or 3 1/2 inch question?

Im trying to get some info on reloading some turkey loads.I reload 12ga 2 3/4 inch shells and im wanting to know what i would need to load a 3" and a 3 1/2 shell if anyone could help?I know i would have to have some wads for the shells but i dont know how much powder im wondering if i could just get some wads and hulls,and measure the powder myself and put in the hull and just do it that way.Also is the wad diffrent on a 3" shell from a 3 1/2 shell?Im really not very up to date on reloading i bought this reloader off ebay and i have never had to change anything on it to reload shells.Im just needing some specs on this if anyone could help any info would really help me out.THANKS

The First Thing You,
Need Is A Reloading Manuel.

If you try to reload any thing with out useing a reloading
Manuel you are asking for Big Trouble.

You put to much powder in a shell you could
Kill your self.

So my advice is get a reloader manuel.
And read read read read it.
Then read it again.

Make sure you follow the directions.
And follow the amounts the reloader manuel says.

Find some one that has been reloading for some time and watch how they reload.

But Never Never Never Never reload a bullet or shell,
Without following a reloading manuel instrutions.
And Load Limets.
