Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

I bought the Comp-N-Choke out of Cabela's for my Mossberg 500, 26" barrel last winter. I shoot federals, # 4 and #6's, and it patterned very well for me at 35 yards. It knocked down 2 birds for me this last spring,24lb,er at 43 yards, and a 22lb,er at 40. One shot, one kill. Was very pleased with it. hope this helps.

The comp-n-chokes are great. I know primos makes some that are supposed to be pretty good and the TruGlo ones are pretty nice too.

I have a .660 Rhinoported choke in a 870 express supermag shoots great patterns with nitro ammunition. 170 - 250 in a 10 inche circle at 40yds with 4,5,7 hevi shot.I shot to shells both at 40 and one put 250 and the other put 170.i think i might have pulled a little on the 170 shot.

I have a COMP-N-CHOKE XXX Full on my Browning BPS and absoutley love it. It patterns better than any other choke I have used, including on other guns. The Winchester Super X2 is nothing other than a Browning Gold, which I know a few people who also use and really like the COMP-N-CHOKE.

If you don't want to spend $50 for a choke, the best recommendation that would give you is to trya STAR DOT. This is the most impressive choke I've ever seen (FOR THE MONEY).

Good luck and let us know what you decide on

Kicks choke tubes are great... Anyone notice that a ported tube is louder than a non-ported.
