RE: hunting turkey with a bow
LOL. I just had to laugh at this post. I mean, there are usually 4 or 5 posts weekly on the turkey hunting forum with bowhunters like myself asnwering this same question. In the archives, there are many posts regarding the same subject. Hell, in bowhunting forum, you can always find someone attaching to a post about turkeys and bows. And to answer your question, yes. I use either my Hoyt Magnatec or Ultratec. Gettting ready to purchase my Trykon XL, and eventually sell my other two. I use Goldtip broadheads and ABC LIberty broadheads, 100 grain both, on .001 straightness arrows. I stalk hunt my turkeys 90% of the time, with other times using a blind or camo burlap.
