I have a Mossberg 835 ULTI-MAG 12 GA. pumpgun. It can take 2-3/4'',3'',3-1/2'' shells, and has a overbored and ported barrel and it has a accu-mag choke tube that can fire lead and steel and other non toxic loads. Well to the piont, what is the best turkey shell to fire out of this gun that will give me maximum distance and stay in a tight pattern.

You will have to determine which shoots best in your gun because they do not all pattern the same, even if they are the same exact model with the same choke. I have an 835 with the factory choke and mine seems to like federal Premium #4 shot the best.
More pellets in the pattern mean more hits in the vitals of the neck.
Simple math proves this out.
6's have plenty enough energy to kill a turkey all the way out to 60 yards. Remember we aim for an extended neck NOTthe body!!
Use a "Heavy" type of ammo.

They all make loadsof the REAL good stuff that will do the job and specifically are designed for this type of hunting!! So-What it's $25.00 for ten. Get 2 boxes. Pattern with one box and use the other for several seasons.
Don't scrimp on your ammo for Turkeys.
It's not like we're shooting doves here. You'll be lucky to get one shot a season.
Use Federal x-tended range 6's in 3 1/2 with a .655 comp-choke, it might sound small, but it throws a pattern like no other, you'll be the envy of you buddies. 60+ pellets at 40 yards in the head and neck. That's performance.
No one here can tell you exactly what to use because like said above, they all pattern differently and even gun to gun in the same manuf. My Mossberg other than a difference in choke is similiar to yours and out of all the shells I've shot through it, I use Winchester Supreme 3" 2 oz # 5's and have an incredible patterning and success.
I have the same gun and use #5's Winchester Supreme's in a 3 inch shell. It patterns great but check it with yours first. I won't use 3.5 inch shells in that gun because it kicks like Hades and really isn't needed anyway.
