hevi shot #5

Has anyone patterned #5 hevi shot out of there rem 870? If so what choke are you using/

I have patterened #4 and #6 Hevi shot .
I use Undertaker turkey tube in my 11-87 for the last 3 years now with Hevi Shot.
No scratches or problems ,just dead turkeys.

Did u use the regular undertaker or the one for hevi shot?

Here is what you need brother for your 870
Primos-Tight wad choke-20.00
Hevi shot #4(remington)3"magnum high velocity 1/1/2 oz shot.

-split two tom's head wide open at 30yds!!! Great combo for an 870 IMO.

Yes it is the regular tube .

I started using Hevi Shot before there were any Hevi shot OK tubes.

I'm shooting an 870 super-mag with 2-1/4 oz of Nitro-Hevi shot in #5's thru the Rhino .660, they pattern awesome, Ray said he would not gurantee as good of pattern with the 5's as he would his mixed load, but I'm very, very satisfied.
