the first four days were pretty bad. we had some bad weather ,first day rained and heard two gobblers. had one come in silent and spooked. wednsday had snow showers in the morning, chilly and damp.then there was three days no gobbling. seems like it comes in spurts.different areas i heard hunters saying the same thing.

Nice bird, gobblerspur! Sounds like the birds are acting up out your way like they are here! Really strange year!

Hey, my ex-wife had step sisters from out your way. Smith girls.....three of them....Gail, Gara, and Gerri. Gail married a local boy named Tommy. He's a great guy and really loves his hunting. Know him?
