apples are ok if they are natural to yer environment....i put out some apples here, 5 different kinds, crushed a few, i watched 3 deer, outta 7, lean down and take a wiff, and passed on them..so they arnt good for bringin deer in around here.
seems like these guys will be comin back for more....if i was you i'd take a few green ones home and let them ripen slowly, so you can use them for bait when the other apples are dead and gone....shouldnt yall have snow by now? lol

I wish we had snow! Its November, so it could come at any time. I would love to use some of those apples for bait, but baiting is not legal here.
