You can tell that the big fawn has been eating good.
It will probbly be a lot bigger when the spots go away.
Let us know when that happens.

That one fawn is looking good!

PastorJim, it could be that the bigger one is a buck fawn and the smaller a doe fawn but you cant really tell. Often, doe fawns are bigger at this point, it just really depends on the specific fawn and how much they are eating. Milk is the main thing that makes them gain weight and if the smaller fawn could of had a sore on its mouth or something that kept it from suckling as much. Also, they could be from different mothers and the mom isnt in the picture or died somehow and this doe took the other fawn in. A lot of factors that go into it but there is a big size difference there!
