Lots of bears showing up here and in the valleys etc. this year. Very few berries due to the long winter and floods. Very few Elk compared to years back. Longer elk hunting seasons to reduce the Elk herd due to suspecting Chronic Wasting disease which proved minimal, but was blown out of proportion by the media. Moose season has been cancelled in various areas due to ticks and starvation. Early in the spring I did capture a few moose on camera. I have the odd Elk but no bulls, a few deer (one small buck), one lynx, a fisher (2 videos), a couple racoons and a couple snowshoe rabbits. Deer tend to like poplar and open areas which is not available in this area. A lot of deer were lost in the southern part of both Manitoba and Saskatchewan, Canada this spring because of changing weather, deep snow and a long winter plus severe flooding late this spring and summer. Lots of First Nations hunting year around and now Metis are getting some of the same rights. In the far north, where it is very expensive to ship food etc., these people need these rights. Soon as one group of First Nations people get these rights, then the rest request it, or it is discrimination.

Awesome video!! I have never used the video function on any of my cams other than to test them in my yard right out of the box to make sure they are functioning properly but I might have to start. Pike
