scoutguard sg550 or save a little and get reconyx hc500?

I am thinking of getting a high end cam. I like my wg ir4 and stealth i890 but want a little better battery life. Does anyone have the sg550, read great reviews on it, or would it be better to save another $270 and get the reconyx hc 500. Thanks Scott

Personally, I'd save for a Reconyx but that's just me. One thing is for sure, if you do save up, you'll never look back and think; "I wish I had'nt done that". Or you could go ahead and save up and buy two Scoutguards.

I have a SG550 and love it but it's far from a "high end" cam.
If it's not a big deal to save the extra cash then I'd go with the Reconyx.
