Default Primos Truth 60 need help

I bought 2 primos truth 60's tonight and Im having issues getting it to work. I opened one up and put new batts in and a 2g sandisk card in. Turned it on, fixed the time and date, formatted the card and hit the run switch. The sensor is picking me up but its not flashing or taking any pics. I thought maybe its not liking the sandisk sd card so I put a PNY and a moultrie branded card in also. Same results. No pics, no green light, nothing?

So anyone had the same issue? Am I doing something wrong? Guess I'll try calling the customer service # tomorrow but thought I'd try here also for thoughts or suggestions.

The only thing I can think of is did you use a new card or was it used previously in something else? If it was, you may have to reformat the card. If that's not the case, it's probably time to call their CS. Good luck and keep us posted.

Blessings.....Pastorjim

Does that cam have internal storage?
Try taking a pic without an SD Card and see what it does.
