Default I Have A Question

I was getting 1 to 2 pictures a week.
Now nothing, have I spooked the deer some where else?
Should I leave the camera where it is, or move it?

Thank You.

Have you confirmed that it is still operational? If it is, than move it to another location.

I like to use the "3 strike rule" with my cameras. Each visit to the area constitutes 1 strike. So setting the camera is strike 1, then it gets 1 visit after about a week or two to see what's in the area, if it's getting good pics of good bucks during the day, I pull the camera and hang a stand; I'd much rather hang a rack on the wall than a trail cam pic. Make sure you're being as scent free when placing/checking your cameras as you would be if you were hunting. I'd move that camera if you're not getting the pics you used to, but only after making sure it's working right like sconnyhunter said, he's from WI, he must know what's up!

Things change as the year progresses. Example; where I was getting between 4 and 500 pics a week over a mineral site, I am now getting only 10-15 pics a week from the same location. As the food sources change, so do the travel routes, so that can be some of the difference. Find what the does are feeding on and you will soon be getting plenty of pics again.
