Got the new I60 replacement for the I40 today

well the sagga continues LOL, I recieved the new I60 today after NO communication from Moultrie at all the whole Month after they recieved my I40, so I pulled it out the box, checked all the settings turned it on here in the house, have it set at 3 pics every minute, or tried it at video for 30 seconds and in both settings it takes ONE pic then delay for 1 minute and takes one more pic, in both settings, I tried turning the unit off and turning it right back on thinking it needed to reset after changing from factory settings, still did the same thing, I have had it off for about 25 mins now, and I am going to try it again if that don't work I am going to take the batteries out of it for a time and see if that does anything, anybody have any suggestians what I am doing wrong? or why it will only take one pic even tho I have it in burst 3 pics?

well it seems to have to delay now but still no video, just turned it off and gonna leave it off for a time in video mode and see what I get

well it looks like it is working correctly so far now, didn't have to shut off the I40 for that long for it to switch modes, hmmmmm big test will be tomorow in the woods to see if we still get lovely IR pictures during the day, which I am SURE it will

These are the types of problems that made me never buy Moultrie again 3 yrs ago..
The customer service sucked as bad as their cams.

Sadly Pnut you are correct service SUCKS, I do have one tech that has been well helpful but I really hate having to get ANNOYING for anything to get done or get answers
