Default Central IL - 4 bucks one pics

So last year was my first year hunting. I am for right now only a shotgun hunter. I remember on opening weekend last year I saw a good size buck way off in the distance, he made a turn and didn't come near me. When we all went for breakfast I asked if anyone had seen the big guy and no one saw a thing, made me wonder if they thought I was crazy. Well low and behold he showed up on my camera this check, along with 3 others. The tree camera is strapped to has started dropping acorns so I had 2150 pictures to sort through. Only 300 or so were bad pics. The rest are deer hanging out in front of the camera eating. So here are my favorite, I would appreciate a guess of a score on the big guy.

Finally nice to not have a bunch of pics of coyotes.

You sure this is the deer you saw last year? I'm just asking because honestly that deer is only 3 years old at the most. I wouldn't give him much over 120". If that is the buck you want then by all means go out there and hunt him hard.

I agree with 2lunger, this buck is a 3 year old scoring from 120-125 in my opinion. good buck but he would be awesome next year. wouldnt doubt if it was a different buck you saw last year

I'm going to guess around 120.

Like I said before I'm a newbie. I haven't even got my first deer yet. I guess I'm looking at how tall the rack is. Can you guys please give me a link, or explain to me how you judge these scores that everyone asks for?

I've had camera's 4 15 years and still guess. That's what makes it fun.You can get within 15 inches, but until they are on the ground, who knows?all that matters is having fun!Good luck and thanks for sharing
