Default Buckscore

Watch out for Buckscore. They are letting you purchase and download the software, but it does not work. You have to fill out a registration page to start using the software and it gives an error message. The error message has been changing, so they must be doing something, but they are not responding to customer service requests.

Oh, Buckscore is a new program that just came out this week. It allows you to score deer in trail cam photos by tracing the antlers.

I tried testing it against a buck I had photographed on the hoof, then havested and scored. My first attempt came out too high (by about 20 inches), so I need to play around with it some more.

They seem to have fixed the problem now. I got this email and the program is working.

Buckscore Users,

Some of you may have encountered the error attached. This was a registration issue that my developers have now solved. Please open the application icon located on your desktop and enter the user name and password you created when registering for the website. I appreciate your patience as we work out these bugs on the new program. If you encounter any other issue please make me aware of them so they can get fixed. You can send it in an email to buckscore@nbfog.com or call me at 502-758-5111 and I will do my best to help solve the issue. Thank you again for your time and patience with us as we launch the new site and software. We are extremely appreciative!

Sincerely,
