Default A deer I call Stupid.

What do u think is wrong with this deers right side of his rack? i have probably close to 50 pictures of him and have looked at his rack alot. he has about 4 beams coming out on his right side. and his left side if real strong. idk what caused or what you guys think about it. but if u would give your opinions, i would appreciate it. aslo how old u think he is. thanks guys.

I'm guessing he's 2.5 and I would say he could have had an injury of some sort causing all the weird things on the one side.

+1 he probably broke off some of it while it was still growing and turned into that! Next year it could be a nice one though if the injury dosent affect it next year.

Here is a prime example of a deer I shot that had injured one side. The base of the antler is a couple times bigger than the other, making a long curved spike on that side. Go figure.

I have a 7pt rack in my house just like that, that my uncle shot 2 one one side 5 on the other
