Just as he walks away and I'm thinking that was great, look what comes walking into view on the right side of the frame! HOLY SMOKES!! 12, 13, 14 PTS!!! I DUNNO!

You should be able to open this video file in Windows Movie Maker. Then, you can advance it frame by frame and take video captures. I do this with all my vids to get still pictures.
