I have a buddy who bought one and all of the "movies" he has posted look to be great picture quality and definately fun to watch. Never had given "time lapse" much thought until this came out.

He recently used it in the construction of his swimming pool...that was pretty cool.

Brinno builds a "garden watcher" which is cheaper and does the same thing.

I am going to get one soon to catch a thief. Someone ripped off my old trail camera, and is stealing from my garden. I think this would be a great tool for us to watch our properties and who is in and out while we are not around. Hopefully, this technology can help eliminate the "someone stole my camera" and "how do I secure my camera" threads.

I just thought it was kinda cool idea. I have been debating the trail camera or this plot watcher. Trail camera is nice because you get pictures day and night. But this plot watcher will take a much longer range photo to really tell where they come and go. I dont really mind not getting the night photos either. It's nice to see those big bucks but if they are only showing up at night I would rather not know they are there.
