Default A mad doe

Will I went out to put my card back in and surprised a doe with 2 fawns. she was less then 30 feet from me. I just went about my way trying not to look her in her eyes and try to stay behind a group of trees. Here she is following me down the hill. It was pretty cool watching her try a figure out what I was. She would take a few steps and put her nose up and look at me and stomp her leg.For a minute I thought she was going to come after me but I got out of sight and she went back to her babes.

Interesting scenerio. I don't think it would be unheard of for a doe to attack in protecting her young.

Blessings.....Pastorjim

If you want to have some fun, get a deer bleet call. It sounds like a fawn in distress. Now watch the does get excited, not only the mother, but other does in the area.

Here is a video of a doe attacking a dog. The dog doesn't have a chance.
