Default help...trail camera

i have a black/white infared wildview game camera...i checked it this week and all the pictures were white except for the nightime pictures...they were normal...there is a infared switch with the off on and auto options...i had it on on..i changed it to auto...will this fix the problem

Was the camera facing the sun, if so it would white out those pictures.
