hey great idea!! i have a crab apple tree, they're not ripe yet, think they would eat them?

I never tried the crab apples this time of year because I have plenty of the regular apples to feed. I know though that they feed on my crab apples starting in early Nov. and they feed on them until they are gone. I watched a few feed under the crab apple trees while hunting just before the breeding phase of the rut.
