Default well the I40 was delivered back to Moultrie today

I wonder how long it will take for them to call or email me? if they ever do, the last time I had to send a camera back to them they were in the process of sending me new one when I finally called them. Has anybody had anything they returned and did they call or email?

just recieved an email from them tell me that they got the package and will work hard to get it back in a timely manor, it says average turn around is 3-4 weeks ;-( lets hope its faster LOL

Looks like I'll be sending back one of my D40's. Pics at night started out with a few black pics here and there now every nighttime picture is completely black except the time and date stamping at the bottom. Guess the flash didn't hold up after 1 year of use. I too will be going for the D55.

How long did you have your's before it stopped taking viewable night pics? Just wondering about the warranty, I might be at just over a year.

well the funny part is I honestly coudln't find my reciept, sent it in anyways and told them I was sure it was about a year ago, and they replaced mine without even contacting me or anything to ask more questions, and about 2 weeks after I recieve the new camera, I accually found the reciept and I was out of warrenty by like 3 months LOL, I did learn that you should not fill out the warrenty cards online, because I now have like 6 moultrie products and have filled out the warrenty card for all of them online, and they have record of 1, so from now on Iguess I will be be sending them in the mail to see if that is any better
