Default cuddeback question

I think the flash broke on my capture, I haven't tested it yet for sure to see if really isn't working. I was wondering if any one knows about how to go about having the flash replaced.
Thanks

Alot depends on how old the camera is. If its over a year old then you are screwed cause cuddeback won't do it for free and you will have to pay for it. If its under a year old you can call them but they will try and make excuses for it and make you try different things to try and get it to work. If you don't have the original receipt on you you will not get it for free. If you have all of that and send it in you won't get a new camera you will get a replacement camera that is as old as the one you had. Cuddeback has by far the worst customer service you will find. I hope this helps.
