You can either resize your pictures down under 300k and upload to the website or do what a lot of us prefer to do to get higher resolution pics.

Create an account at photobucket.com and link to the pic.

Click on New Post and on the top of the post box is a little box that says "insert image", click on it and past the link to the pic over at photobucket.
