Default Issues with Cuddebacks?

I have 2 different cuddeback models, the capture and an expert. The captures battery life in the winter is awesome! But my expert will not last more than one night. Has anyone else had this issue? I've tried everything that I can, every different type of battery, nothing seems to work and their customer service is horrible. any ideas or suggestions?

Merry Christmas

I read where one guy had trouble with the connections on the inside of his Cuddeback,he ended getting his Wife to fit her smaller fingers in there and pull the contacts out a little further and it worked after that!

I had a Cuddeback Capture IR and it did the same thing, the batteries would show dead or it would completely loose the connection for some reason?I was affraid to mess with it and void the warranty...I ended up taking it back and getting a Moultrie I-60 and it works great!
