Default Buck from trail camera picture down

Well guys my buddy and I have had a camera out on public ground in central PA and I was gonna put a picture up of a neat racked buck we got on camera over a scrape on Saturday. It was the first time we saw the buck and I knew I wanted to shoot him as soon as I saw the picture as he had an awesome right brow tine and three kickers. I actually shot him before I got a chance to put the picture up! I guess thats a good thing, the chase for him only lasted a day. This is the first time I shot a buck that I had a picture of and that made it that much cooler. Here is the trail cam picture...

And here are the pictures once he was down. He ended up being a lot wider than I had thought from the picture. He was also a real big deer for PA, dressing out around 185. Figured to be a 4.5 year old as well.

Nothing cooler than getting a picture of an animal and then being able to take him. Congrats!

Blessings.....Pastorjim

That is neat to harvest the animal that you got on film. I have only recognized one buck from film to field, but he was a little fella. I aint giving up though. Congrats on a great bow kill!
