Default Good or Bad Idea??

I plan on hanging up a trail camera today. I know where the deer bed and being a sunday, and not being able to hunt until next week, i was wondering if it is a good idea to hang up a camera near their bedding area? There is corn and billions of acorns in the area, so i know that they are going to be traveling to them. So, is this a good idea or not?

I think it's a great idea but I would only hang it and check it when the wind is right.

Blessings......Pastorjim

I agree with pastor Jim. When you go to hunt the area either pull the camera or swap memory cards or use your card reader whatever method you use to check your camera's. I just hung a camera today on a mock scrape (with a dripper) I made with the intention of hopefully hunting it next weekend. The nice thing is that I have to cross a river to get to it so it forces me to stay out of the area until I know I've given it enough time to start working.
