Default moultrie I40 problem

My moultrie I40 that is less than 4 months old is acting up. With it set to take a burst of 3 pics sometimes at night only 1 of the pictures will show up, the other 2 just show up as black, I pressume the flash is not lighting? It seems this happens when the deer are close like less than 10ft? Is the problem with how close the deer are passing by? Also does anyone else get the occasional image of a blank screen with a blue sd chip containg a red exclamition point? If so What does this mean?
thanks

I have two I-40s and have never had the problem you are describing. You say it is only 4mos old, I would contact Moultrie before the warranty runs out to see if they have a solution. Good luck with it.

Blessings.....Pastorjim
