Default sick buck?

what do you think is wrong with this buck. i believe its a six pt i've been seeing on camera. sorry so pixelated i tried to crop and enlarge for a better view. would you shoot him. would you eat him.

im willing to say that once the rut starts you better watch yourself cuz if he finds you he might have his way with you lol. id say its ok to eat the deer just be sure not to rupture whatever it is.
