I have a cuddeback excite an it died, went to webpage an got a return no. Very easy. Monday I sent it in today (thursday )I got it back 4 day turnaround with shipping under warranty. no charge

thats pretty fast turn around time even though they just ship a different camera to you. i have had to send in every cudde that i have and it has always taken a month to month and a half to get one back.

The two cuddebacks I returned (out of 12 I operate) were returned within 4 days. It helps to send detailed explainations on the problem as one was updated with new firmware and the other was swapped out.

Granted I live in Wisconsin so shipping was overnight but I was very surprised receiving the cameras so quickly. Guess that's why I keep adding Cuddebacks to my scouting suite.
