Default Best customer service?

This is a new spin at the old "best trail cam" thread. I currently have a Moultrie game watcher 2.0 wally world special that i've had for like 4 years now that doesnt work with a memory card, so it can only take somewhere around 93 pictures. My wonderful girlfriend has offered to get me a new trailcam for christmas, and so as I go through and look at all the different cameras, I was hoping some of you could offer your experiences with the different companies' customer service. It's come to the point with these things that I'm expecting to have problems with it down the road, so I want a company that's going to back their product. Any thoughts? By the way the budget for this is around $150-$200. Thanks!

I have two Moultrie D-40 cameras. They work very well, except that the outside display screens are going dead and you can't tell what the settings are, but they were $99 cameras and they are 3 years old. The plastic ears on the outside housing broke off of one. I was only using a bungee cord, so it wasn't too tight. Their customer service told me to send the old housing back, along with $25 and they'd send a new one. I said that if I paid $25 for a new one, they shouldn't make me pay to ship the old one back, but was told I wouldn't receive a new one without sending the old one back. P**S poor customer service in my book, so I returned it to Walmart and got a new one free.
I want to try this one though.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. There is no better customer service for trailcams than the guys at www.trailcampro.com. These folks have a return policy like no one else and great service after the sale. I have bought from them several times and it has always been a very positive experience. Give them a look.

I'm new at this. After sending two problem cams back to Cabelas I bought two from trailcampro. Both cameras worked but my printer would not read the 2gb sd cards. They gave me the option of sending me new cams or cards. After messing with them a bit I discovered both cams worked fine and my printer could read the cards as long as I used 1gb cards. I called tcpro back to let them know I resolved the issue. They were great and I will buy any future cam from them. Their word is good.

Whichever trail cam you buy, just make sure you get it at Cabela's. It's that simple. They have THE BEST return policy going. Just keep the reciept. Hell, I've returned things without the reciept!
