Default Cuddeback issue(takes pics every 30 seconds)

Ive got 9 of the cuddeback captures and all works great... ive been having some troubles off and on the past month. Ive been getting hazy pics, which I know is from dew and fog on the lens and in the air. But every so often, my capture will go into freak out mode and snap a picture every 30seconds of nothing. Most of the pics are white. Any ideas as to what cuases this? It will end up killing the batteries. It normally seems to happen after a heavy rain, but no water is getting into the cameras. Ive had 2 different ones do this, but then they go back to working fine.

thoughts??

could it still be picking up high humidty in the air or something?

When you checked the cameras were the batteries dead?

Have you paid attention to the time when this happens? Is this happening in the morning or in the evening? Of these 2 cams that you're having problems with, are they faced into a rising or setting sun? If they are a rising or setting sun will cause it to take a pic. Have you tried repositioning the cams after it happens? Answer these questions and post a few pics so we can help you better.

i deleted all the pics, but if it happens again Ill post them or take note of the times. But it said low battery and it was pretty much dead when I checked it. I took the batteries out and out them back in and it went back to working fine also if that helps anyone guess.

2-3 pics would be white and you could see the tree's in the next one.. then 2-3 more whites and one clear. But nothing was in front of the camera. Its not pointing towards the sunrise of set unless the lights reflecting off the leaves a certain way. Ive had no trouble with these cameras for 2 years. But its just odd 2 of them were doing the samething within 2 weeks of each other.

Maybe its just the HOT/Humid weather playing tricks on them. Ill see how the one I left out that had these issues does this weekend. If it does the samething again, then its a camera issue im assuming

Maybe. It sounds like theres either a short somewhere, or the cam needs to be reset or perhaps bad batteries. when you change batteries make sure you leave the batteries OUT of the cam for at least 1 minute, see if that helps. 1 other question i have is even though you put new batteries in did you test them before you installed them in the cam to make sure they were fully charged?

These are the flash version Capture arent they?
