Default Close encounter

Well the other day I went in to swap cards and one of my most popular visitors on my cameras walked right up to me as i was putting a new mineral block at and I got some good pictures of her. Over the past month I've gotten within 5 yards of this doe at least 6 times. She is a 7 or 8 year old doe and has been hanging around the nearby development her whole life so she has no fear of people. When I was taking pictures of her with my Canon digital camera a buck that I have been watching since May decided to walk in and join her and I got some close up shots of him too. Ill post video of the doe and buck along with some pictures. Ill post development pictures of the buck from May till now as well.

This buck is a 3 1/2 year old. He was a 6 pointer last year with no brow tine on his right side and 3 points up top. I found both of his sheds this past year and now that he has a messed up rack I sure hope noone shoots him this year.

He is the one on the left. Looked very promising at this point in his growth

Still looked promising at this point

First picture of him and his broken headgear

His brow tine has gotten the growth since it broke.
