Default cuddeback capture ir

Ive got a few pics with my new cam but it is triggering in infrared most of the time..even during the day hours..The pics appear very grainy as well..is there anything i am doing wrong or is there anyway to fix this problem?

From what I'v heard the IR model has very grainy pics, I believe their is some kind of software update but I not sure. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

Make sure to get the firm ware update, I did and it was still grainy. Cudde Back IR blows at night IMO.
