Default Had ants, now no flash

Brought my camera home and ran a diagnostic test and it said flash not working. Took it apart and everything looked ok so I put it back together and same problem. It will take day photos but not night. Has anyone ever had a flash bulb go out on their camera? Thats the only thing I can think of to try and fix it.

The ants may have grounded something out?

Its a Moultrie gamespy 200. So I'm guessing its 3-4 yrs old. I'm not very electrical inclined so I don't know about the grounding out. Everything still looked soldered with hot glue on the connections. I DO KNOW that even with the battery out, it can give a good shock when I put my fingers on some certain area of the computer board. (Need a smiley of smashing a camera here)
