Anyone have a good contact at Cuddeback

I just bought a capture IR and was looking at the cuddeback website for the download. After trying to download trophyroom about 6 times I tried to call them yesterday. I got a recording saying the number was disconnected. I'm sure Cuddeback didn't go out of business, but I can't seem to find a contact. There is no email contact that I found either.

Anyone have any info?

That's the number I called and it said it was disconnected

I just called the # Siman08/OHposted and got the recording that told me their business hrs. I would try em again monday.

I never had problems calling that number, weird. Wait till a weekday afternoon i guess.

I'm wondering if my work phone blocks outgoing calls that are long distance? I don't know. I tried on my cell and got the hrs. I'll try tommorrow

Well I called the number and got a bunch of recordings for different departments. I got to part of the message that gave an email contact.. Well after 4 days still no response to the email.

I will have to call and actually talk to someone. One thing I can't stand is poor customer service. I'm starting to think I bought from the wrong company. I'm not a very patient person when it comes to things like this. I'll give them one more oppourtunity to show they are worth supporting. If not there are alot of other companies to buy trail cams from.
