help with pic?

Ok I just tried to post a pic. I have done it before but not with the new setup. So why are my pics so small? I did it the same as before, and they were bigger before.

more info. I tried one of the pics I posted last year, It came up bigger. Both pics are from the same cam and set to the same size in photobucket.

I got it, it was the that one pic. I dont know but it would not work right.
