Default Question if my camera is ruined?

I just got permission to hunt and trap this land so i put my stealth cam i540ir and i went there and there were tracks and droppings everywhere. But In indiana its below zero and when i went to pull my camera it shut down from the cold. Can that hurt it?

Put some new batteries in and you should be fine. Some cameras eat batteries no matter what the temp is.

Non rechargeable batteries startgetting weak when the temps start dipping under the 20° range. Rechargeables cost more at first but save money in the long run.

I would agree, I think you probably just need new batteries.
