Right now I only have 1 camera, and I move it around alot. So sometimes it is right by one of my stands, and sometimes it is not.

It all depends. If i place it on a trail i keep it 50 yards or more from my tree.

i usually keep it within 30-40 yards. (most the time i know the deer are movin through) , whether it be nocturnal or whatever. but i figure this way i know if i need to jump my stand a bit one way or another
